She never expected recruiting to be her calling. In fact, she once thought she’d build a career in fashion.
Instead, she built businesses, raised eight children, became an expert negotiator before most people had their first cup of coffee, and discovered her greatest superpower: connecting the right people to the right opportunities.
For nearly 15 years, Stephanie has worked directly in staffing and recruiting, building deep expertise in identifying talent, understanding business needs, navigating the hiring process, and, most importantly, recognizing the potential in people.
Her passion for the world of HR and recruiting started early. Growing up, Stephanie watched her mom build a successful career as an HR Director, giving her an up-close look at the impact great people decisions can have on an organization. Years later, that early influence would become the foundation for her own career.
Today, Stephanie leads Humans Being Resources, a recruiting firm focused exclusively on the financial services industry.

Outside of work, Stephanie’s favorite roles are wife, mom, and family time enthusiast. You’ll find her traveling, cheering from the baseball field, enjoying weekly date nights with her husband, Duane, attending live music and concerts, serving as Vice President for her local Project Graduation Committee, or pursuing her hobby of photography.
