We do not run a job board, and we are not collecting resumes for a database. Our recruiters search for qualified candidates to fill specific positions we work on for our clients. Our role is to introduce you to opportunities that may be a fit for your experience, goals, and career. We will give you the information you need to decide whether an opportunity is worth exploring, without pressure or obligation.
Confidentiality comes first
In the early stages of a search, we may keep the hiring firm’s name confidential. This allows our clients to stay focused on daily business while we administer the candidate process they’ve selected.
Before you interview with the client, we will share our client’s company details. You’ll know who you are meeting, have the opportunity to learn more about the organization, and decide whether you want to move forward.

A permanent role
Every role we work is a permanent, direct-hire position. You are employed by the firm, not by us, and there is no agency sitting in the middle of your paycheck.
A real process
Depending on what the firm asked for, you may complete a personality profile, an integrity survey, skills assessments or a recorded interview. We will tell you which before you start, and why.
One industry, three markets
We recruit only in financial services, accounting and tax, and insurance. If your career sits in one of those, we are worth staying in touch with even when you are not moving.
