Candidate guarantee
Every placement is guaranteed for 30, 60 or 90 days
The length reflects the level of candidate process you selected in your My1Hire package.
Why the length varies
More My1Hire
steps, a longer
guarantee
A candidate who has only been through a phone interview allows our team very few opportunities to connect with them. A candidate who has also completed a personality profile, integrity survey, and/or skills assessments and a 1-way video interview, allows our team the opportunity to have several additional touchpoints.
So, the package you select determines the length of the candidate guarantee, based upon the number of opportunities our recruitment team has to connect with a candidate.
By package
What each tier covers
30 days
My1Hire Basic. The candidate has been sourced, matched against your requirements and phone interviewed, with written notes.
60 days
My1Hire Standard. Adds a personality profile and an integrity survey to the candidate process, where matching personality fit and integrity to the role matters.
90 days
My1Hire Elite. Adds additional items like skills assessments, a recorded 1-way interview and a personality baseline, matching a candidate’s personality to that of your existing team.
If a placement does not last
What the
guarantee
does
If an HBR placement leaves a client’s employment inside the candidate guarantee window, we re-post the position and run the search again at no charge to you. HBR carries the costs of the new job ads and assessment items.
The re-activation is based on the original position title, the original job posting, and the terms of the My1Hire package you purchased. While an employment separation is what triggers this, the candidate guarantee has to be activated within 10 calendar days of that separation.
