around a
busy season
A tax practice does not get to hire whenever it likes. The role has to be filled, and the person trained, before the season it exists to survive, which means the search has to start earlier than feels comfortable and cannot drift.
Every My1Hire package runs for 120 days from the day you approve the posting, so the window is defined at the start rather than discovered at the end. If you are hiring for a season, tell us on the intake call and we will work back from it.

Firms that already have their own hiring tools usually sit well with Basic. If you do not have those tools and want integrity checked before anyone reaches you, that is where the integrity survey in Standard is worth the difference, and most firms tell us afterwards that it was.
