Financial advisor recruiting in Georgia
Permanent placements for independent advisory practices, RIAs and wealth management firms across metro Atlanta and out to Athens, Augusta and Savannah.
The local market
Most of the
state in one
metro
Metro Atlanta holds about 6.4 million of Georgia’s 11.2 million people. Nine of the sixteen cities in the state above 60,000 people sit inside it, and five of those are suburbs to the north and northwest: Sandy Springs, Roswell, Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Marietta.
The rest of Georgia is a set of regional cities, each an hour or more from Atlanta and from each other: Athens, Augusta, Macon, Columbus and Savannah. Each is its own labor market, and a search in Savannah draws on different people than a search in Alpharetta.

What that means for a search
Atlanta pays
differently
from Macon
Pay for the same role does not carry across Georgia. A client service associate in Alpharetta or Buckhead is on a different band from the same job in Macon or Albany, and an offer built on a statewide average is the one that gets turned down.
Getting that number right is part of what the fee pays for. We research what the role pays in your part of the state before the ad goes out, then go directly to people already doing the job well nearby.
Where we work
Georgia markets
The largest communities in Georgia by population: four in metro Atlanta, and five regional cities that each anchor their own part of the state.
Common Georgia roles: Client Service Associate, Financial Advisor Assistant, Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner.
